1.- Purchasing system of aceitessanfelipe.com

All the purchases made through aceitessanfelipe.com are under the spanish laws. All the purchases made through aceitessanfelipe.com have the legal Spanish Taxes established in the bought moment. Aceitessanfelipe.com is a registered brand and property of Miguel Amezcua Europe S.L, identification number B23670748, settle in Calle Andalucía nº 17, 1ºK - Úbeda (Jaén) / Spain.

2- Sales of the products

You can see the characteristics of the products and the prices on the screen. The products and services will be available for the purchasing until the end of stock. The prices are shown in Euros, tax included and are valid at the moment, except for typing error. You can see when a product is in sales because it will be indicated.  

3- Order formalization

The client who wants to make a purchase in aceitessanfelipe.com will have to read the general condition and accept them. When you make an order, it is understood you completly accept the conditions. The products will be send to the address you give us.  

Aceitessanfelipe.com has the right to refuse any order although it is paid, giving all the money back if it is the case.

5- Customer service

If you are not satisfied with the products bought aceitessanfelipe.com, you will be able to give them back in 7 days from the reception of the product. You will have to send the products with the invoice. For any claim or question, write an e-mail to info@aceitessanfelipe.com. The money will be back in 7 days from the moment we get the products back.

The refund rules, (Ley15/1/96 nº7/1996) claims, waranty and invoices are the followings: We won't accept a refund if it is not in perfect conditions.

The invoice is the manufacturer's warranty. The claims about the product, for example, if the product is not in perfect conditions, it is not what you have ordered, or any other issue, you can:  

- Give back the products to Miguel Amezcua Europe s.l. in 7 days after the reception of the order and the shipping will be charge in your account (Ley del 15/1/96 número 7/1996).

- Or you can ask we change you this product for other one, aceitessanfelipe.com will change you this products for other ones in perfect conditions.

6- Shipping

The shipping will be done through the shipping companies

7- Warranty

All the products of aceitessanfelipe.com are in perfect conditions.

8- Delivery

7.1. Aceitessanfelipe.com has enough stock to send the delivery. 
7.2.While the buyer delays in the pay,aceitessanfelipe.com is not bound to send the products.

7.3. When the payment is verified, the commodity will be delivered between 2 and 3 working days in Spain and from 7 to 10 working days out of Spain (depending on how big is the order) from the following day of the payment. The purchase done on Saturday or Sunday or on public holiday will be arranged the following working day.

9- Billing

8.1. It is supposed, we have stock if it is said on the product.

8.2. The available prices are the shown on the website and they can change every day.

8.3. The prices are Tax included.

10. Law.

These Use Conditions will follow the spanish lesislation for those it is not specified. Aceitessanfelipe.com, this website's visitors and any other company or person who use or contract any of our services or products, renounce to other Court, and accept, except in the cases it is not allowed, the Court of Úbeda (Jaén) Spain for any issue about these conditions.

The lack of compliance of the delivery date only can generate a claim, because the delivery is engaged to an external company.
